Cheryl Wolfram, community health worker, Northwest Michigan Health Services & MAPS CareConnect, is pleased to announce “”GUIDING GOOD CHOICES,”” a program for Parents, Families or anyone helping to raise youth who want to help their Children ages 9-14 make healthy choices. Topics to be covered include:
- How to help youth make healthy choices
- How to set family rules
- How to handle anger without breaking the bond with your child
- How to bond with you
The five-week program will be held in a VIRTUAL setting on Thursdays from 6pm to 7:30 pm, beginning November 12. To register, email Sarah Garthe sgarthe@centrawellness.org. SEE ATTACHED FLYER.
