The issues with creating a Parent PowerSchool account should be resolved!
Moving forward if you try to create a new parent account you should receive the verification email.
If you have already created the account but didn’t receive a verification email, log in with the credentials that you initially created, then click the link to resend a new account verification email.

We are aware of an issue when parents use a Gmail account to sign up for Guardian PowerSchool access. If you use a Gmail account the verification email will not appear in your email. We are seeing the issues with other email domains as well.
To simplify getting help to side step this issue please use this form and we will send you a temporary password that will get you into your Parent PowerSchool account. You should get a response with your temporary password within 24 hours.
